Rocío makes it fun to learn !
Even though I live more than 5,000 miles away, the quality of instruction I receive from Rocío online is exceptional. From the comfort of my own home, I have the privilege of learning from an accomplished musician whose passion, knowledge, and dedication shine through in every lesson.
What I particularly like is her holistic approach. She has me focus on my mind, body and emotional state. This is not only good for the quality of my voice, but is also good for my health.
I highly recommend Rocío to anyone looking to grow and to become more confident as a musician.

I have had the privilege of taking professional voice lessons from Rocío for almost 5 years now. I was in musicals as a child, some 55 to 60 years ago because I could sing but I never had had any “professional” voice training to help take my voice to the next level. I knew that this was something I wanted to do in my retirement.
I have learned so much from Rocío technically and musically during my time with her as my teacher, that I now have the utmost confidence to sing in public in various venues, including doing broadway karaoke on a Broadway cruise and performing within the community. She makes every lesson interesting and enjoyable and uses a variety of voice exercises to help train my voice. My breath control, ability to hold notes, is light years ahead of 5 years ago.
Her knowledge of music, including music theory is incredible and her coaching is spot on! She explains musical concepts clearly.Her ability to learn songs that she’s never heard is amazing and then be able to critique instantly, change keys as needed, etc. I would highly recommend Rocío to anyone looking to bring singing into their life.

Empecé a tomar clases con Ro en 2017, a los 15 años. Hoy, a los 23, me considero cantante y estudio música profesionalmente, y gran parte de mi camino artístico se lo debo a ella.
Es una mentora increíble, una gran profesional y una maestra excepcional. Durante todos estos años aprendí muchísimo, y lo que más valoro es que su enseñanza no se quedó en el pasado: ahora que estoy en una instancia universitaria, sus clases me siguen sumando y sigo creciendo con cada una.
